How Do I Cancel an Order?

If you need to cancel an order at Maltibase, we’ve made it easy for you to do so, provided your order hasn’t already been processed or shipped. Here’s how you can cancel your order.

Step 1: Check Order Status

Before attempting to cancel your order, ensure that it hasn’t been processed or shipped. If the order is already in transit, you may need to initiate a return or request a refund after delivery.

1. Go to Your Order History

   • Log in to your Maltibase account and navigate to Order History.

   • Select the order you want to cancel.

   • Check the status of the order to confirm whether it can still be canceled.

Step 2: Request Cancellation

If your order is eligible for cancellation, follow these steps:

1. Select the Order

   • In the Order History section, choose the order you want to cancel.

2. Request Cancellation

   • Click the Cancel Order button.

   • If this option is not available, select Contact Support to request cancellation from the Maltibase team.

   • Provide the reason for cancellation to help our support team process your request more efficiently.

Step 3: Confirmation of Cancellation

• Cancellation Email/SMS: After successfully canceling the order, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS stating that your cancellation request has been processed.

• Refund Processed: If payment has already been made, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Step 4: If You Can’t Cancel the Order

If your order has already been processed or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation. In that case:

• Return the Item: Once you receive the item, you can initiate a return according to our Refund Policy.

• Customer Support: If you need assistance with a return or if you believe there was an error in processing, contact our customer support team.

• Cancellations must be requested as soon as possible after placing the order to avoid shipping or processing delays.
