At Maltibase, we strive to ensure that every order arrives in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged item, we’re here to help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Steps to Take If Your Order Is Damaged
Inspect the Package Immediately
If you notice visible damage upon delivery, do not accept the package. Instead, ask the delivery personnel to return it.
If the package was left at your door, check it for any signs of damage before opening.
Document the Damage
Take clear photos of the damaged product, including the packaging and shipping label.
If the item was damaged during shipping, keep all packaging materials as they may be required for a claim.
Report the Issue
Log in to your Maltibase account and go to Order History.
Select the damaged order and click on Report an Issue.
Upload the photos and provide a detailed description of the damage.
Contact the Seller or Vendor
If the item was purchased from a third-party seller on Maltibase, you can contact the seller directly through your account.
Most sellers have their own policies regarding damaged items and may offer a replacement or refund.
Request a Refund or Replacement
If the seller does not respond or resolve the issue, you can request a refund through Maltibase’s Buyer Protection.
Depending on the seller’s return policy, you may need to return the damaged item before receiving a replacement or refund.
When Will I Receive My Refund or Replacement?
Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days once the request is approved.
Replacements depend on the seller’s stock availability and shipping time.
