At Maltibase, we aim to make your payment process as smooth and convenient as possible. Whether you’re a vendor, a freelancer, or a service provider, here’s a guide to help you understand how you will get paid for your transactions.
How to Receive Payments
If you’re a seller, freelancer, or service provider, you can receive payments for your goods or services through the Maltibase platform. Follow these steps to ensure you get paid correctly:
Set Up Your Payment Information
Log in to your Maltibase account.
Navigate to the Account Settings or Payment Settings section.
Add your preferred payment method (e.g., PayPal, bank account, etc.) to receive payments.
Verify your payment details to ensure accuracy.
Complete a Transaction
Once a buyer makes a purchase or books a service, your payment will be processed after the order is completed.
Ensure your products or services are delivered or fulfilled to the satisfaction of the buyer before requesting payment.
Receive Payment
Payments will be transferred to your linked payment method once the transaction is successfully completed.
You will receive an email or notification confirming the payment transfer.
The payment process may take anywhere from 1-5 business days, depending on the payment method.
Withdraw Your Funds
If you prefer, you can withdraw the funds to your bank account or other linked payment method.
Go to Account Settings > Withdraw Funds and follow the prompts to transfer your balance to your bank account or digital wallet.
Payment Fees
Maltibase may charge a transaction fee for payments, depending on the nature of the transaction. Be sure to review the fees associated with each payment method in the Payment Settings section.
Payment Disputes
If there is a dispute regarding a payment or transaction, follow these steps:
Contact the Buyer or Client
First, try to resolve the issue with the buyer or client directly. Open communication often leads to a quick resolution.
Contact Maltibase Support
If the issue cannot be resolved directly with the buyer or client, reach out to Maltibase support for further assistance.
Provide details of the transaction, including the order number, payment amount, and the nature of the dispute.
Resolution Process
Our support team will investigate the issue and work with you to resolve the dispute.
If necessary, a refund or another form of compensation may be issued.
Important Notes
Ensure your payment details are up to date to avoid delays in receiving payments.
Payments may take longer to process during holidays or weekends.
Maltibase supports multiple payment methods for convenience.
