Maltibase offers a convenient Store Pickup option for customers who prefer to collect their orders directly from vendors. Follow these steps to ensure a smooth pickup experience.
How to Select Store Pickup
Place Your Order
Browse and select your desired products on Maltibase.com.
During checkout, select Store Pickup as your delivery option.
Choose the available pickup location from the list provided by the vendor.
Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your pickup details.
Wait for the notification that your order is ready before visiting the store.
Picking Up Your Order
Visit the Store
Head to the selected pickup location during business hours.
Ensure you have your order confirmation email/SMS and a valid ID for verification.
Collect Your Order
Show your confirmation details to the store staff.
Verify the items before leaving to ensure everything is correct.
Important Notes
Orders not picked up within the vendor’s specified timeframe may be canceled.
If someone else is picking up your order, they must bring a copy of the order confirmation and a valid ID.
If you need to change your pickup location or time, contact the vendor or Maltibase support.
