Maltibase offers a convenient Store Pickup option for customers who prefer to collect their orders directly from vendors. Follow these steps to ensure a smooth pickup experience.

How to Select Store Pickup

1. Place Your Order

   • Browse and select your desired products on Maltibase.com.

   • During checkout, select Store Pickup as your delivery option.

   • Choose the available pickup location from the list provided by the vendor.

2. Order Confirmation

   • After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your pickup details.

   • Wait for the notification that your order is ready before visiting the store.

Picking Up Your Order

1. Visit the Store

   • Head to the selected pickup location during business hours.

   • Ensure you have your order confirmation email/SMS and a valid ID for verification.

2. Collect Your Order

   • Show your confirmation details to the store staff.

   • Verify the items before leaving to ensure everything is correct.

Important Notes

• Orders not picked up within the vendor’s specified timeframe may be canceled.

• If someone else is picking up your order, they must bring a copy of the order confirmation and a valid ID.

• If you need to change your pickup location or time, contact the vendor or Maltibase support.
